Project Cycle Management (PCM) Workshops

Regional Development Program Offices of UNDP in Bihać, Banja Luka and Mostar, have jointly organized a series of two practical workshops on Project Cycle Management (PCM) in the context of cross-border cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. The first session took place in Bihać on 10 and 11 November 2011, with continuing three-day session planned to take place also in Bihać, from 16 to 18 November 2011.

The aim of the workshops is to provide targeted support to participants in development and preparation of three concrete project proposals, ready for submission within the announced deadline and requirements under the EU IPA Cross-Border-Cooperation Program BiH-Croatia.

 

Participants from BIH are: Local Action Group (LAG) of Una-Sana Canton, Rafting Club ‘Kanjon’ from Banja Luka, ‘LiNK’ NGO from Mostar, HERAG Development Agency from the Canton of Western Herzegovina. Respective partners from Croatia are: Local Action Group (LAG) ‘Laura d.o.o.’  from Biograd na Moru, ZADRA d.o.o. – Development Agency of Zadar County, Croatian University Sports Federation from Zagreb, and ‘Cistoca d.o.o.’ from Zadar.
